Voting Shareholders Meeting
Kinder Morgan Canada Limited will hold a special meeting of the holders of its restricted voting shares and its special voting shares (“Voting Shareholders”) on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at the Metropolitan Conference Centre, 333—4th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, at 9:00 a.m. (Calgary time).

Preferred Shareholders Meeting
Kinder Morgan Canada Limited will hold a special meeting of the holders of its of cumulative redeemable minimum rate reset preferred shares, series 1 and 3 (“Preferred Shareholders”) on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at the Metropolitan Conference Centre, 333—4th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, at 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time).
